4th of July Parade in the City of Alameda

Put on your walking shoes and walk in the longest July 4th parade in the nation while handing out 2,000 Kennedy flyers to parade spectators. The parade route is 3.3 miles long but you'll probably be walking closer to 4 miles. We will have several cars for Kennedy supporters who might need a short break from walking. We will have Kennedy signs and American flags for you to wave. Or feel free to create your own Kennedy poster. The parade is a fun and a great way to spread the word about Mr. Kennedy. Invite a friend or two. The more the merrier!

Please wear your Kennedy gear. If you don't have a Kennedy t-shirt then wear a white t-shirt and we can put Kennedy stickers on your t-shirt. I also some Kennedy hats and t-shirts to give out. Plus I have buttons, yard signs and bumper stickers you can take home with you.
 
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Our parade entry # is 117. We will line up on the north side of LINCOLN AVENUE between WALNUT and WILLOW STREETS. IT WILL BE A WARM DAY. IN THE LOW 80s. PLEASE DRESS ACCORDINGLY, WEAR A HAT AND BRING WATER. Let' do this for Mr. Kennedy! July 4th Parade in Alameda

P.S. After the parade, for those walkers who don't need to rush off, we can grab coffee and a sandwich at a local Alameda restaurant or maybe at Whole Foods near Lake Merritt in Oakland. Everyone is welcome including the Kennedy curious.
