Friday Bannering for KENNEDY @ I-80 Gilman Street Pedestrian Bridge, Berkeley

C'mon folks.... 20% of the public don't know who Mr. Kennedy is or that he is running for President. There is no better way to bring awareness than with a huge Kennedy BANNER over I-80. We estimated that over 30,000 drivers in 10 lanes in 2 hours will see the banner. It's so much fun to wave at drivers who honk, wave or give us the thumbs up in support of Mr. Kennedy! Bring a jacket and a friend. Friendly dogs are welcome too. 

Free parking by the Tom Bates Regional Sports Complex, west of I-80. Whether you are coming from the north or south on the freeway, exit at the Gilman Street exit. Then turn to head west, toward the bay on Gilman till Gilman dead ends. Make a left turn into the parking lot for the soccer fields, park the car, then walk back to Gilman, turn right, and head east one block to the far end of the soccer field. Turn right again and walk south along the outside edge of the playing fields. Then walk up the long ramp to the pedestrian/bicycle bridge.
