"Join us this April as we celebrate Earth Month with a series of engaging and eco-conscious activities! Each Saturday for the month of April, we will provide a different environmentally friendly workshop to celebrate. Dive into the world of sustainability with our Composting Demos, where you'll learn how to turn kitchen scraps into nutrient-rich soil. From website dallasfarmersmarket.org

"The Shed at the Dallas Farmers Market is open Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm. The Shed is an open air pavilion where you can shop from vendors that grow, raise, make and produce your food. You will find a mix of farmers with seasonal produce, ranchers with naturally raised meats, cheese, eggs, and honey, and food artisans that make breads, canned and regional/international foods."
