Trainer: Canvassing - RFK Jr. Presidential Campaign
Job Description:
Kennedy 24 Presidential Campaign is seeking a Full-Time skilled Remote Field Canvassing Trainer to provide comprehensive training and support to our canvassing teams across various regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in door-to-door canvassing and a passion for political outreach.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training modules focused on door-to-door canvassing techniques, messaging strategies, and voter engagement tactics.
- Master RFK Activate canvassing app and conduct virtual training sessions for canvassing volunteers, utilizing interactive tools and resources to facilitate learning.
- Collaborate with campaign leadership to identify training needs and tailor programs to address specific challenges and goals.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to canvassing teams, offering guidance and feedback to enhance performance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, gathering feedback and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Stay updated on current political issues, campaign priorities, and voter demographics to inform training content and messaging.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new canvassing staff, share best practices, and provide orientation to campaign goals and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in political canvassing, community organizing, or grassroots activism is required.
- Proven track record of success in door-to-door canvassing, with a deep understanding of effective outreach strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in virtual training platforms, video conferencing tools, and online collaboration software.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and evolving campaign dynamics.
