Kennedy Submits Signatures in Alabama, Arizona, and Montana

MONTGOMERY, AL—AUGUST 17, 2024—The Kennedy campaign today announced it has submitted the required number of signatures to gain ballot access in Alabama, Arizona, and Montana

Alabama

The campaign Thursday submitted 15,500 signatures in Montgomery, three times the 5,000 required.

"We are providing Alabama voters a chance to change the trajectory of our country from a negative to positive future,” said Alabama State Director Oluchi Onwuvuche. “Kennedy is focused on the issues that affect the majority of Americans, such as reducing the national debt, ending the chronic disease epidemic, and stopping the forever wars.”

Arizona

Kennedy supporters Friday submitted 110,000 signatures in Phoenix, more than double the required 42,303 signatures.

“This is an honor of my lifetime to be a part of ensuring Arizonans have an independent choice this November,” said Arizona Elector Glenn Rink. “Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is the only candidate that will heal the divide, bring peace to the world, and unravel government corruption.”

Montana

On Wednesday, the campaign submitted 11,000 signatures to county election offices across Montana, two times the 5,000 required.

Montanans are tired of the forever wars and the corruption in government,” said Montana State Director Robin Richardson. “We support Kennedy because he’s a candidate who will restore the middle class, end the chronic disease epidemic, and back policies to uplift regenerative agriculture practices on Montana ranches and farms.”

National Overview

As the Kennedy campaign racks up ballot access victories nationwide — submitting two, three, and even four times the number of signatures required to qualify in each state — the DNC is pouring millions into a lawfare campaign against Kennedy, resorting to frivolous and often comical legal efforts to stop voters from electing him as president.

The campaign has won legal victories in Hawaii, Idaho, Maine, New Jersey, North Carolina, and Utah. We have defeated every legal challenge except for a partisan ruling in New York’s lower court this week, which we intend to overturn with an appeal filed Wednesday.

The campaign’s historic ballot access operation has surpassed all its milestones to ensure the Kennedy-Shanahan ticket is on the ballot in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. The ballot access operation is fully funded with more than $15 million raised.

The Kennedy-Shanahan campaign has collected more signatures than any presidential candidate in American history, collecting more than 1 million signatures. The campaign has now collected the signatures needed for ballot access in 47 states, totaling 517 electoral votes, 96% of the 538 total electoral votes nationwide.

The Kennedy-Shanahan ticket is officially on the ballot in 22 statesAlaska, California, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, and West Virginia.

The campaign has submitted its signatures in 21 statesArkansas, Connecticut, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Maryland, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, Washington, D.C., and now Alabama, Arizona, and Montana.

It has collected enough signatures for ballot access in 4 states Florida, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and North Dakota.
