LOS ANGELES, CA—AUGUST 7, 2024—The Kennedy campaign today announced a significant increase in the maximum donation amount individuals can contribute to the Kennedy Victory Fund 2024. Individuals can now donate up to $77,900 towards supporting Kennedy, nearly 12 times the campaign contribution limit of $6,600.
In July, the Kennedy campaign formed a game-changing partnership with the Libertarian National Committee, which increased individual donations by $41,300. This partnership formed the first-of-its-kind Kennedy Victory Fund joint fundraising committee, which allows FEC-recognized state parties to join the committee and add an additional $10,000 per state in donation capacity per individual.
This week, the Kennedy campaign finalized agreements with the American Independent Party of California, Libertarian Party of Florida, and Libertarian Party of Colorado to join the Kennedy Victory Fund. These agreements significantly increase the maximum donation limit and help level the financial playing field with the two-party establishment to the new $77,900 limit.
“This historic collaboration breaks the fundraising stranglehold the two major parties have on this election,” said Independent Presidential Candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. “Together, the Kennedy campaign, the Libertarian National Committee, and other independent parties are democratizing fundraising and giving Americans the opportunity to contribute unprecedented funds to my independent campaign.”
As the Kennedy campaign racks up ballot access victories nationwide — submitting two, three, and even four times the number of signatures required to qualify in each state — the DNC is pouring millions into a lawfare campaign against Kennedy, resorting to frivolous legal efforts to stop voters from electing him as president.
The campaign has a perfect record of winning ballot access legal challenges, including in Hawaii, Idaho, New Jersey, North Carolina, and Utah.
The campaign’s aggressive ballot access operation has surpassed all its milestones to ensure the Kennedy-Shanahan ticket is on the ballot in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. The ballot access operation is fully funded with more than $15 million raised.
The Kennedy-Shanahan campaign has collected more signatures than any presidential candidate in American history, collecting more than 1 million signatures. The campaign has now collected the signatures needed for ballot access in 45 states, totaling 503 electoral votes, 93% of the 538 total electoral votes nationwide.
The Kennedy-Shanahan ticket is officially on the ballot in 16 states — Alaska, California, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Utah, and Vermont.
The campaign has submitted its signatures in 23 states — Arkansas, Connecticut, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.
It has collected enough signatures for ballot access in 6 states — Alabama, Florida, Massachusetts, Montana, New Hampshire, and North Dakota.
