Terms and Conditions

Contributions or gifts to Kennedy24 are not tax deductible. Kennedy24 may accept contributions from individuals and unincorporated businesses of $6,600 ($3,300 for the primary election and $3,300 for the general election). Qualified federal multicandidate and federal PACs may contribute up to $5,000 per election. Corporate and labor union contributions are not permitted by law. Federal government contractors and foreign nationals are also prohibited from making contributions to this committee. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.

If you have already donated to Mr. Kennedy's campaign for President, please be mindful not to exceed the $6,600 limit.

Contribution rules: I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution. I am not a federal contractor. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.

Team Kennedy Fundraising Events: Each guest must purchase their own ticket to a Team Kennedy Fundraising Event. If you purchase a ticket to a Team Kennedy Fundraising Event in this Auction and you would like to bring a guest, please ask your guest to purchase their own ticket under their name.
