RFK Jr. Scores Legal Win in Key Swing State of North Carolina

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has secured a key legal victory in North Carolina, with a state judge ruling that he can remain on the presidential ballot.

On Monday, Wake County Superior Court Judge Keith Gregory dismissed a request by the North Carolina Democratic Party to block the printing of Kennedy's name, as well as those of other candidates from the recently certified "We the People" party.

The board's staff confirmed that We the People had met the state's signature requirements, which include collecting at least 13,865 valid signatures from registered voters.
