The real political problem for President Biden is Robert Kennedy, Jr.
The Kennedy-Shanahan campaign has one great week after another. As of last week, RFK Jr. will be on the ballot in 16 states, representing 229 electoral votes. This includes New Hampshire, which was one of the first states to gain ballot access. In 31 of the remaining states the petition signature process is well underway. In the last three states the submission window is not yet open.
The campaign predicts Kennedy-Shanahan will be on the ballot in all 50 states plus the District of Columbia well before early voting starts throughout the USA. President Biden and the DNC are spending millions of dollars to keep RFK Jr. off state ballots and out of presidential debates.
