CO District 4 Petition Window Preparation

Bring a blanket or chair in case we aren't able to snag the tables. 

Colorado's petition window opens May 16th, and we need to collect 1500 signatures (goal = 2400) in District 4 (and help surrounding districts get theirs!) by July 10th.
